Hi friends! Today I had a day off from work. I slept until 11.30 and then I went to my therapist. We brought some subjects to the surface.. After that I went to the city to get a gingerbread smoothie and a vegetarian wrap. Yum! And then I went to my first yoga class. It was an introduction so it lasted for 2,5 hours. I feel really good about it! Although I got angry when I didn't get as much attention as I wanted haha.. I want the instructor to come to me and correct my poses all the time. Because it felt like I did it wrong.. Now I'm at home in my bed looking through some papers that I got today. Good night!
